Revenge of Boris 2017
A Russian Imperial Stout that I've brewed every January since 2015, with the intent to have a vertical tasting of 2015 through 2020 versions. This particular version placed third in the St. Louis region of the 2017 National Homebrew Competition.
This is for 11 gallons into the fermentors.
